Order Entry / Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a friendly and amicable individual to provide administrative support to our online and offline teams.

Job Responsibility

You are responsible for assisting in administrative areas such as:

Processing orders from stores and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Website, etc).
Assist customers in defective product return as well as return of goods to suppliers
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins, in a timely and professional manner
Other administrative tasks as and when needed

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
Friendly and customer-oriented with good communication skill
Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience but is not a requirement

Work conditions and benefits:

Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,200 depending on experience

Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to handle sales and shop operations duties.

Key Qualifications:

Not required to have any prior sales or product experience.
Possesses a positive, patient attitude to deliver good customer service.
Strong team player mindset.
Critical attention to detail and placements of products.
Reasonably good at speaking English.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

Have the opportunity to work within the transit/airside terminals of the world’s most prestigious airport.
Shift-Based:
- – Morning shift: 6am – 3:30pm.
- – Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 1am.
- – Other shift hours: within 6am to 1am.
Free transport is provided for pick up for morning shift, return for shift ending between 12am and 1am.
2 off days per week based on the planned roster.
Starting pay: $2,500 monthly. Upon 3 months confirmation: $2,750.
With overtime, monthly gross income should exceed $3,000 easily.
